Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the fragrance you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Secure the Fragrance

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original box and shipping container to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will process your full refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
